Application process
Procedure
Once the application has arrived, it will be confirmed by Email. Applicants who apply for the first time will have an interview following the application. They will be contacted within two weeks.
Choice of participants
A team of the board will prayerfully consider the applications.
Applications will be considered in the order of the date they arrive.
In the group of participants we are looking for a good balance of men and woman.
The Seminar is limited to 15 participants.
Following the meeting of the team applicants will be informed about participation.
Intercession
Intercession starts two weeks prior to the Seminar, continues during the Seminar and lasts until two weeks after the Seminar. Prayer partners will receive a participants’ name, first name and year of birth. With the application the applicant gives his/her consent for this procedure.
Costs
It is possible to get a reduction of the costs. We do not want someone to miss a Seminar for financial reasons.
If you apply as a couple, only one person will pay for the Seminar. (There is a special fund available to support couples who look for spiritual growth through PDK Seminars).
Please let us know on the application form if you need a reduction of the costs or are attending as a couple.
Important caution
In case of a pregnancy or while nursing a baby, after a traumatic event (death in a family etc.) or operations we do not recommend participation in this Seminar. In case of uncertainty about your specific situation, we encourage you to contact us.
Participants and language
The Seminar is limited to 15 participants. With the 12 th Seminar on April 20-23 we will have both English and Latvian. Participants who do not speak English can be accepted for the first time. As a team we will still speak both languages and provide translation for lectures and testimonies into Latvian, or from Latvian into English. This will require patience from participants for us as a team. We will be able to offer prayer ministry in Latvian and in English. Also the application form below now includes both languages.
Dalībnieki un valoda
Maksimālais semināra dalībnieku skaits ir 15. Sākot ar 12.semināru no 20-23.aprīlim, tas tiks nodrošināts gan angļu gan latviešu valodās. Pirmo reizi seminārā varēs piedalīties dalībnieki, kuri nerunā angļu valodā. Komanda joprojām runās abās valodās un mēs nodrošināsim lekciju un liecību tulkojumu latviešu valodā, vai no latviešu valodas uz angļu. Tādēļ lūdzam dalībniekus būt pacietīgiem pret mums kā komandu. Mēs nodrošināsim lūgšanu kalpošanu latviešu un angļu valodās. Tāpat arī pieteikuma forma zemāk ir pieejama abās valodās.
